Dr. Neva Ouilikon has cared for patients in the area for more than 15 years, most recently in Berks County.  She is often recognized by her patients for providing coordinated and effective care in a thoughtful environment. Dr. Neva Ouilikon takes the time to listen, educate and involve you in your treatment plan or wellness journey. She gives adequate time to each patient, making thorough assessments for your plan of care.
